Opti9 will be applying updates for Zerto Virtual Manager in our CHI(Chicago) region.
During the maintenance window, Zerto replication should continue during the upgrade process. The upgrade will be performed without disrupting the protection, but no new checkpoints are written to the journal during the upgrade. Replication may fall out of SLA temporarily due to Z-VRA upgrades. Clients will be unable to create/modify/delete VPGs during the upgrade and unable to failover during the upgrade.

Opti9 will be applying vCloud updates in our YOW (Ottawa) and YYC (Calgary) regions.
During this migration, the vCloud customer portal will be offline for the change. Veeam backup clients may see errors indicating tenant authentication failure (for vCloud integrated tenants), Veeam replication clients will see failures for their replication jobs during this window. All services will return to normal once the maintenance window has concluded.

Opti9 will be carrying out a network test in our GSC (Garden City, NY) region.
No impact is expected but this is a significant maintenance with the potential for impact as we are touching core power distribution equipment.

During the maintenance window, clients may observe brief periods of high storage latency due to controller failover. There is no expected impact to workloads, given that controller redundancy is in place.
