Opti9 will be applying vCloud updates in our YOW (Ottawa), YYC (Calgary), and YVR (Vancouver) regions.
During this migration, the vCloud customer portal will be offline for the change. Veeam backup clients may see errors indicating tenant authentication failure (for vCloud integrated tenants), Veeam replication clients will see failures for their replication jobs during this window. All services will return to normal once the maintenance window has concluded.
