As part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining a secure and reliable environment, we will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance. This maintenance includes upgrades to the VMware vCenter, ESXi hosts, Edge Services Gateway, and NSX Manager.
Details/Impact/Risks: -Client virtual machine workloads should remain online and continue operating as expected. -Making changes to your environment, such as creating, modifying, or deleting virtual machines, updating NSX Edge configurations, and/or modifying replication protection groups will fail. - During the update, traffic will shift to the redundant Edge Node for availability which may result in a few dropped packets. -Scheduled backup, backup copy, and/or replication jobs may fail intermittently.
Our team has taken all necessary precautions to minimize service impact and downtime. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we complete these important infrastructure upgrades.
