Opti9 will be performing network maintenance in our Chicago Data Center to migrate systems onto new network infrastructure. This work is part of an ongoing upgrade to improve site resiliency, capacity, and overall performance. During the maintenance windows, customers may experience multiple service interruptions, each lasting up to 30 minutes, as we migrate various network and systems components to the new switching platform. Impacts may include brief loss of connectivity to hosted services, VPN/remote access sessions, and management access, as well as intermittent latency or packet loss while traffic is transitioned. No customer action is required; services are expected to automatically recover as each migration step completes.
