Opti9 will be performing maintenance on the firewalls that support Veeam backup and replication traffic. This work is part of an infrastructure upgrade designed to optimize routing and leverage our newest networking hardware, resulting in improved performance and long-term stability.

During the maintenance window, you may experience a brief interruption in WAN backup and replication traffic. As a result, active jobs may retry or fail. Resources configured as “always-on” will not be impacted, as they operate on a separate network path.

If any backup or replication jobs do fail during this period, simply retrying the job after the maintenance window concludes should allow it to complete successfully.
